As the state of the world deteriorated, 4SEC grew by leaps and bounds as former military leaders from failed states bargained to join their board of directors, pulling along their subordinates, hundreds of trained soldiers, and stolen materiel. They established numerous relationships with private corporations around the world, [[Synseco]] being their biggest contract. With many of their partnerships aligned with Eastern Forces, they will often be deployed at disintegrating borders, reinforcing the new normal at the end of a barrel.
