### Description
Death is their calling. Under the [[Thousand Petals Coalition|Coalition's]] command, the Skullcaps are a militia of mercenaries whose tactics focus on overwhelming force, violence, and destruction. Taking territory means scraping every sign of the enemy from the land so it can be rebuilt in their image.
Created and led by [[Cmdr. Francisco Santos Batista|Commander Francisco Santos Batista]], Skullcaps pride themselves in hiring exiled and dishonorably-discharged SOF operatives from countries across Central and South America. If "excessive force" and "violent" were cited on your discharge papers, it was a good bet the Skullcaps had an opening. Much like the Thousand Petals Coalition, the Skullcaps see themselves as representatives of people "left behind." They seek to establish themselves as feared leaders in their new world.
Relentlessly brutal, the Skullcaps have been accused of committing atrocities across South America. They're the perfect group to lead the charge ahead of the [[CGF 9th Battalion|9th Battalion's]] assault on [[Haven|El Alicanto]]: they can do the "unpleasant" jobs, getting their hands as dirty - and bloody - as possible.
