### Description
From the outside, it appeared Brani Island had simply missed the climate apocalypse. The city and trade ports thrived, using automated labor to control everything from tide tracking to gate controls. In 2030, Singapore and America entered partnership to create a massive sea wall. Completed in 2036, this protective wall held rising waters at bay and allowed Singaporean citizens to keep an oncoming crisis out of sight and out of mind. The astronomical wealth acquired from keeping a vital international port running was constantly reinvested into the island, and projected a clean and untouchable image to the rest of the world.
Those who sailed into Brani Island, on the other hand, knew of the frantic, crushing storms that often tore through the region as they rode past frothing waves to safe harbor. Despite the occasional lost ship, dozens of corporations from [[Synseco]] to [[Daesong]] still trafficked imports and exports through Singapore, and even more [[No-Pats]] flocked to the island for high-quality rest and relaxation. Many even took local protection contracts for rich Singaporean businesses and brokers, gaining access to much-needed technological improvements for their ships and weapons in exchange.
When Russia decides to pull their trade interests from Brani Island and attack the port, U.S. Forces immediately respond to assist Singapore and stop international shipping lanes from falling out of allied hands. Whoever wins guarantees a crushing blow to the other side, and the fate of Singapore’s shining reputation hangs in the balance.
