The Arms venture is led by The Jaguar. Originally from Argentina, he led a criminal empire supplying weapons and military supplies to clients all over the world. Sourcing most of his supplies from [[No-Pats|No-Pat]] countries, when their governments fell his supply chains dried up. He could only watch in anger as former allies swooped in and stole his customers. By installing a monopoly on the weapons market, The Jaguar wants to financially punish those who stole his business and amass more wealth than all his competitors combined. The Militias venture is led by The Dragon. Originally from the U.S., the Dragon owned a PMC that supplied mercenaries to governments the world over. The more nations invested in his soldiers, the more influence he had in their armies and governments. Headquartered in a No-Pat country, he watched as nations he’d saved on countless occasions turned their backs on him, opting for more “stable” options to source their soldiers. Providing soldiers to both America and Russia, The Dragon hopes to regain his political influence over their governing bodies – this time ensuring his permanent place as policymaker. The Intelligence venture is led by The Sparrow. Originally from Germany and a high-ranking member of the BND, she was a chief intelligence asset with access to agencies in both East and West. Years before Germany fell, she was one of the first to sound the alarm to her allies in the CIA and the KGB, only to have her warnings ignored. When her country collapsed, she could only watch as they did nothing to help. By feeding intelligence to both sides, The Sparrow can further sow disorder between the nations that betrayed her and all No-Pats. She wishes them to feel the same sense of abandonment she once did.
