In this blog post, I will compile **everything** that will happen in the coming weeks. <br> ### February 23rd Update notes for 6.4 were released around 10:00 AM EST. Inside this, there was this small teaser. >**News Networks Coming Online** > >News channels from around the world are reporting the formation of _\[redacted]_. Conflicting reports from various networks paint different pictures of the impact this Coalition will have on the future of our world. Stay tuned for the latest updates as the situation develops. The emergence of PAC (or some version of PAC at the very least) has been alluded to in multiple codex entries. How did the formation of this coalition come to light? Was it exposed unintentionally by someone? The first person that comes to mind would be Valkyrie possibly tipping off news networks about the coalition. --- At 11:05 AM EST, a video was posted to Battlefield's X account. According to this news reporter, there are two schools of thought: - This could be caused by a social contagion, which is defined as "the spread of behaviors, attitudes, and affect through crowds and other types of social aggregates from one member to another." This thought process sounds like the coups are being done by civilians. - This could be an orchestrated effort, citing the "sheer efficiency of these coups." Perhaps this is being done to weaken America's allies. This assumption is taken from the following: "as economic growth elsewhere changes the balance of power between East and West." Seeing how America is often supporting democracies around the world and how "democratic stability has plummeted," this appears to be targeted against the West. The inclusion of music in the background of this news broadcast is an interesting one. I have had a theory that the battle that erupts in San Pedro could occur in September 2048 because of all the flags shown in the map. The people are celebrating Fiestas Patrias and it's required by law to hang flags on every building. Perhaps the music heard in the background is from a parade. <br> ### March 3rd It seems the Narrative Hunt leading into Season 7 has begun! The first sign of this was new codex entries. The new entries are the following: - America United News/Namaqualand's Anniversary - Arkangel Broadcasts/Our Mission - Arkangel Broadcasts/Our Vision - Codename: Valkyrie/Encrypted Comms - No-Pat Network/No-Pat's New Dawn - No-Pat Network/Shearwater Expansion *(These have been uploaded to the [[Codex/Home|Codex]] on The Exodus Archives with the audio as well.)* As you can see, there are new sections in the codex and, more importantly, there is audio for all of these entries. The AUN anchor is the same person as we heard in the X post on February 23rd. We also get to finally hear what the mysterious Valkyrie sounds like. This new dialogue is not only heard in the codex, but also on certain maps! The community has currently found a radio on Redacted and Exposure. As of now, it's unknown if there will be any rewards for this Narrative Hunt. ![[Redacted-S7NH.png]] The radio on Redacted is located on the B1 objective inside the second level of the marked building. The dialogues played when interacting with the radio are the codex entries listed previously. There seems to be a random order in regards to which dialogue is played. ![[Exposure-S7NH.png]] The radio on Exposure is located nearby the C1 objective. As you travel towards D1, the radio will be located on a rock to your right. This radio plays dialogues that are currently not in the codex as of March 4th. They have stated in the past that there are no records of the soldiers being reported by No-Pat units, but a threat to cancel combat contracts in Europe led to this morning’s announcement. One has to wonder if these disappearances are purposeful, but to what end?" >BLACKBURN: "Arkangel leads the world in its development of robotics and AI, which wouldn’t be possible without Boreas Research & Development. Arkangel has vehemently denied knowledge of any illegal activity conducted by Boreas, and has opened an internal investigation into the matter. >BLACKBURN: I am aware of the board’s concerns regarding the unfortunate incident at the Boreas Hebrides laboratory. But I can assure you this matter is in hand. BCS units have regained control of the facility and a clean-up operation is underway. Any connection to Arkangel will be thoroughly eradicated. As for A.O.S., she poses no threat to our operations. Ascension Company has contained the asset inside a restricted access enclosure where she is undergoing invasive reprogramming. All operations will continue at full pace. >BLACKBURN: The capture, imprisonment, and torture of No-Pats at the Boreas Hebrides Laboratory was a monstrous crime against humanity. I am horrified by the actions of Eric Nilsson and Captain Campbell, who sanctioned and participated in these atrocities. The relevant authorities have my full cooperation to ensure that all those responsible are swiftly brought to justice. No apology will fix the unspeakable tragedy that has taken place. But I pledge this: with the progress made on our synthetic soldier program, we will soon save the lives of No-Pats everywhere, replacing them on the battlefield. >OZ: Our investigation into the missing No-Pats has revealed a truth more shocking than I could’ve imagined. After receiving communication from someone calling themselves 8-8-3-8, I can confirm a secret Boreas laboratory has been kidnapping No-Pats and holding them prisoner for brutal experimentation. While the trauma has robbed 8838 of all memory, we believe her name to be Leila Zekkal. Thanks to her, we now have a chance to bring everyone home.
